Philip Rivers - no class

There is a lot to disagree with our own Andre the Defiant about and this is no exception.   In the past, Andre has reveled in Eli Manning losses and has posted the occasional “EEEELIIIIIIIII” chant punctuated with a picture of the dejected quarterback. 

Well, apparently being clueless is a trait that many residents of San Diego share.  Not only is Andre an obnoxious and foolish ‘Bolt’, but so is the Bolts quarterback, Philip Rivers.  I don’t recall ever seeing a quarterback taunt another quarterback during a game.  Until now.

What a bufoon!

  1. Somehow I had a feeling we would be hearing from our Wise One this, and rightly so. Champ Bailey said something along the lines that River’s obnoxiousness is compounded by the fact he is a mediocre to poor quarterback surrounded by great talent. Champ never talks smack himself.

  2. Trust me, when you go to a Chargers game you obviously see many L.T. jerseys. Gates and Merriman are also the norm, and of course there are always a few remaining Seaus (Go Pats, I guess). Hell, even Igor is a new fave.

    But Rivers? Not so much. The last game we were at it was like a contest. “Find the Rivers Jersey”. Nobody won.

    He ranks somewhere between Eli and Ryan Leaf in popularity here (and he knows it).
