Belated Tuesday Liberal Humor

I didn’t really do one this week, but was totally inspired by the comment where Larry the Cable Guy was named a master of satire. Personally, I think Mike Judge is the premiere satirist of our time, but what do I know? Well, as it turns out, I do know one thing. I liked Larry the Cable Guy better when he was simply… Dan Whitney. Enjoy.

So when you enjoy LtCG, remember two things. Number one, that accent is completely manufactured and his persona is deliberately made to be a stereotype of people. Number two, whenever you hear him tell a joke, ask whether it would still be funny if it came out of the mouth of THAT GUY.
