NASA Scientist: Put Global Warming Skeptics on Trial

The literal hysteria when it comes to global warming is bringing the nuts out of the woodwork. It’s just amazing to watch, and would be humorous if these people didn’t wield power and prestige. This clown draws a government paycheck. And I’ve been attacked for comparing such tactics to fascism. I should demand yet another apology from my critics.
Put Global Warming Skeptics on Trial
It was reported in the London Guardian that NASA Scientist James Hansen (pictured), in prepared remarks to a House committee, “will today call for the chief executives of large fossil fuel companies to be put on trial for high crimes against humanity and nature, accusing them of actively spreading doubt about global warming in the same way that tobacco companies blurred the links between smoking and cancer.”
I have a different vision of the future, one in which government bureaucrats like Hansen and radical environmentalists are held accountable for creating a multi-trillion dollar climate crisis in order to get more government funding and grow their own political and cultural influence.

The pigs are slaughtering the butchers. I’m glad I was born prior to the civil war, because back then our biggest problem was the horse shit piling up on main street.
Amen. You will appreciate this article I wrote on the global warming hysteria, as a fellow constitutionalist:

The global warming alarmists have gotten increasingly embarrassing lately, but even still, James Hansen has to be humiliating even for them. What Hansen advocates, by the way, is not analogous to fascism, it is the literal implementation of fascism itself. He wants to be able to jail men because they believe and speak differently than he does.
No, Veatch, he is saying that political appointees, with no background in science, censored his findings, that came via studies funded by public dollars, in order to further their political goals (just as they tried to downplay the big bang “theory”). He also believes that this has halted what should have been an attempt by our nation to stop what could be a world-altering change which is proceeding at a much more rapid pace than even he predicted.
Shrill, yes. But, not quite the same thing as fascism (actually, if his claims are true, it seems to me to be the opposite).
