The McCain Straight Talk Snowjob Videos

Hussies? I find that beneath you Dave. Has it gotten so bad that you would stoop to that level of humor?

Since Dave posted a little funny about Obama, which is a contrived attempt at humor at best, I thought I would post a couple of McCain videos that are actual REAL footage of REAL words being uttered by this aging, out of touch, past his political prime and utterly confused REAL candidate. Bush was bad enough at stumbling through Q&As, but I think McCain tops him. Watching this video makes me pull for Obama even more in the hopes that even though “untested” and ultra liberal, he will at least be able to present a speech and not make many of us wince in pain while watching.

This next video is a great one where Dr Paul pwned McCain during one of the debates. It’s been mashed up with Miss Teen SC slaughtering a pagent question. Now this is real Humor, although exceptionally sad when you realize this man is running for president and acts utterly clueless when under pressure. At least Miss Teen SC is a hottie and easy to look at while wincing.

  1. Last week Obama proudly proclaimed that Israel will continue to be a good friend to Israel. This is one of many gaffes he has had.

Gaffes cross all party lines but a complicit press corps only finds them amusing when Bush or McCain utter them.

  2. Gaffes are Gaffes. I don’t think what I posted in those videos are gaffes. I think it is his lack of knowledge in economics and flip flopping positions. Obama is guilty too. Obama may be lying when he flip flops, but I don’t think John McCain actually remembers his positions. That scares me. Looking like a deer caught in headlights doesn’t help his case either. I don’t honestly think the man fit for the position.

Look, I don’t like either candidate, but if I got to chose one to deal with the next 4 years I’ll choose Obama. Call me shallow, but at least I can listen to his speeches without cringing or wanting to throw something at the screen and I think he will be mentally together enough to handle a critical situation if one arises.

I’m interested in seeing who each chooses as VP candidates.

  3. The “Hussy” quote was from the People’s Cube as well. More Eastern European humor, but still kinda funny.

  4. Yep, I saw it.

Different strokes for different folks. I cringed a bit when I saw their site, the video and the general tone. Looks like something Michael Savage would be a part of.

  5. Unfortunately, ‘flip flopping’ is not new for those seeking the presidency. And yes, sometimes it is an honest changing of opinion as well. And sometimes it is context. Taking out Saddam was incredibly easy. Winning the peace and winning the resulting Iranian and Al-Qaeda backed insurgencies were not.
Obama, himself, is like a fish on a dry dock at the moment and I guess you have to pick which fish you want for yourself. I’ll pick the one who is not advocating a socialist, utopian nanny state while grabbing your guns and whacking unborn babies. Not to mention telling me how much I can eat, drive and what temp my air conditioner is set at. How many more Gindsburgs do you want on the Supreme Court. The choice may be difficult at times, but it is clear. Plus McCain has been the only one between Bush, Hillary, Obama and himself who’s “had it right” on Iraq for the last several years, I’ll definitely give him that. No surrender or appeasement for that man. Cuba, N. Korea, Hamas and Iran all want a certain man to be the next POTUS. Let’s just say it is not McCain.

  6. Yeah, they are fairly “hard core”. Kind of makes this conservative look a bit soft and squishy. I like parody though and originality so it all kind of cancels itself out. Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice, or so the late Senator Goldwater told us.

  7. Dave and others:
How one handles personal promises and commitments to help others says a lot about people, even politicians. Here is how the Obamas handle them:

And this is how the McCains handle them:
